Green streaks under sills
Water runs off the sill and algae follows it down the wall.
Black patches
Darker staining on shaded walls that doesn't wash off.

Why has my render gone green?
That's algae. It thrives on damp, shaded walls and under window sills where water runs down, which is why the staining often appears in streaks.
Will cleaning damage my render?
We clean render with a softwash, which uses cleaning solutions at low pressure rather than a jet wash, so the finish isn't blasted.
Can you clean K-Rend and silicone render?
Yes. We check the type of render first and use the right approach for it.
How quickly will I see results?
Most staining lifts on the day. Some deeper staining keeps fading over the following days as the treatment finishes working.
